Cynthia Rodriguez has filed for divorce from her husband baseball player Alex Rodriguez. All though not cited in the divorce papers, one of many causes for the break-up, his late night visits to Madonna.
Alex Rodriguez's relationship with Madonna was "an affair of the heart" – not "sexual infidelity" – according to Cynthia Rodriguez's lawyer.
Madonna issued a statement last week stating she had nothing to do with the state of Alex and Cynthia's marriage.
