Gym Class Hero Goes To Jail

Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes was arrested for third degree assault and was released on $500 bail.

The punk-hop group had just finished the first song of their Warped Tour set, “Peace Sign,” when a black audience member near the front row called the New York-based singer a “fucking ignorant nigger.”

McCoy calmly asked the man, “What did you just call me?” As security was removing him from the crowd, the front man reached down and broke his microphone over the man’s head.

Fans better beware, these artist are not playin' they will kick your azz if you get out of line. First you had Tim McGraw who pulled a fan onto the stage so security could remove him from the concert because he was getting ruff with a lady. Then you had the Amy Winehouse scuffle with a fan and now Travis hits someone in the head. Y'all better learn how to act when you go to a concert before you get beat up.
