More sad news, just on the heels of the passing of Bernie Mac, legendary musician Isaac Hayes died in his home on Sunday. Isaac was a Grammy winner, had numerous platinum albums and starred in movies. He was the voice for Chef on South Park, but left the show in 2006 after a dispute with its creators. Isaac had also won an Academy Award for the theme song for Shaft. Coincidentally Isaac had just recently finished working on a movie with Bernie Mac and Samuel L. Jackson titled Soul Men.
It is just so sad. Ms. Nina sends her condolences to the Hayes family and friends. I believe he had like 12 children and a bunch of grandchildren so prayers to all of them.
