Charles Barkley Hits The List

Charles Barkley is now on the ever growing list of celebs arrested for DUI's. TMZ reports. Barkley, 45, was stopped by the Gilbert Police Department at a DUI checkpoint in Arizona. His blood was tested by a mobile DUI task force on the road.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it is never a good idea to drive under the influence, never, never, never!!!

The Party Comes After You Win!

Thanks to Sandra Rose I know why the Hawks dug off into the Nuggets asses last night. I love my Nuggets but some of them need to learn how to ease up off that ish, especially before a game. Carmelo Anthony and Kenyon Martin hit up the Velvet Room in Atlanta Sunday night before the game on Monday. Did they not learn anything from the LeBron James birthday party and that game the next day?!? The Hawks beat the Nuggets 109-91.

JLo & Marc Are Still Together

Despite reports this morning that JLo and Marc Anthony would announce their split on Valentines Day, the couple are still very much together according to JLo's mouth piece. Good for them, sometimes these rumors get so out of hand. Who the hell would announce that they will announce a split on a specified day, that don't even sound believable.

While I was enjoying a white Christmas in the Mountains with my loved ones the world of entertainment news rolled on without me.

It is with great sadness that I send my condolences to the family and friends of Eartha Kitt, the legendary entertainer passed away on Christmas day, she was 81 years of age.

Mariah & Nick In Aspen

As usual Mariah will spend Christmas in Aspen, CO, one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the world. This year Mariah and her dog Jack have company for the holidays, yes Nick has now become part of the tradition. How cute are they, I can't wait until they have some little babies hittin' the slopes. I know I am hard on Mariah with the clothes sometimes but she always has the cutest ski gear, loves it.

I thought about going to Aspen for Christmas this year but the family decided on Vail, CO, also a beautiful resort, we are not going to get any snow in the Metro area this year so I am sure most people here in Colorado are headed to the slopes.

According to Ok Magazine the beauty that is Vanessa L. Williams does not spoil her kids, she makes them work for what they want. I suggest other celeb parents follow in her footsteps, kids tend to be more rounded and responsible when they don't get things handed to them on a silver platter.

Just because Bow Wow can roc my mic any day!!!! Just kidding but not really, apparently Bow Wow was hard at work in L.A. not only shooting the video for You Can Get It All, he and JD also shot the video for Roc The Mic. That kind of hard work and dedication is one more reason on the long list of why we love Bow Wow. Seven Pounds Premieres In L.A.

Will Smith has being promoting the heck out of this movie and the premiere hit L.A. last night. Rosario Dawson and Will Smith play love interest in the movie so it is only fitting they pose for pics at the premiere. Tatyana Ali and Alfonso Ribeiro showed up as well as Sanaa, Gabby and many others that I don't have time to post pics of, sorry. The movie is really good and there are a few surprises so make sure you check it out when it opens Friday.

Vanessa & Angela Are "Daddy's Girls"

I guess it is official Angela and Vanessa Simmons will be getting their own reality show called Daddy's Girls. I think it is suppose to hit the air in January but don't quote me on that. I absolutely love these girls because they have their priorities straight for being so young. They know how to go out and work hard and they enjoy the parties but they don't embarrass themselves. They are definitely doing it right!

A Different Keyshia Cole

I have been seeing so many photos of Keyshia Cole on the net lately it got me to thinking, do I like her new image or was she fine the way she was? I definitely think she looks fabulous these days but I also miss the old, raw and uncut Keyshia. I hope Ms. Keyshia doesn't sex it up too much, it is way too much of that going on these days. I wish the ladies would realize that when you have talent you don't need all the extra. As long as she's happy with her new look and she's not doing for the industry than that is all that matters.

Young Jeezy Doing His Part

Grammy nominated rapper Young Jeezy has been spreading Christmas cheer over the last week by distributing gifts to needy school children in Georgia.
The artist attended the annual Narvie J Harris elementary school Christmas program in Atlanta on Friday, December 12, to give out presents for the National Lighthouse Foundation – a non-profit organization built on the vision that the nation’s children need to be assisted in different ways. Young Jeezy – whose hits include Soul Survivor, Mr President, and Put On – has become well known for his philanthropic efforts. Last Christmas he spearheaded a weeklong toy drive called Toyz n da Hood that gave away 1,000 toys to 1,000 children at various locations in Macon and Atlanta. He has also organized a clothes and school supplies donation program, a voter registration event, and donated $5,000 to the Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless, a charity fronted by rapper T.I.. He also opened his house to victims of Hurricane Katrina to give them a place to stay.

T-Boz Is Doing Just Fine

Reports surfaced Friday that T-Boz's home was being foreclosed, in an interview with Essence.com T-Boz sets the record straight. I am glad that this turned out to be not so true, I feel so bad for the people who are losing their homes it is just a terrible thing to happen to anyone. I love T-Boz she is so beautiful and I am glad she is enjoying her life.

I visit so many different sites during the day I can't even keep track of how many blogs are out there right now but whenever I use something from another site I always do my best to give credit. If only all bloggers did the same it would be great! I know that I have post items before any other blogger has put them on their site and then I'll see exactly what I posted the next day on various sites. This is fine but in the wise words of one of my favorite bloggers Freddy O, 'if you are going to use my ish, the least you could do is give me credit, or blog roll me or something.' I know everyone has seen the ad for Sean John's I Am King fragrance. Sean 'Diddy' Combs is pictured in the ad with the sexiness that is Bar Rafael and the beautiful Ana Paula Araujo (the one sitting closest to Diddy). Ana is a Brazilian model of African decent and she is H.O.T. hot! I can't believe I haven't seen her in more ads, she is gorgeous!

President Bush Bobbin' & Weavin' In Iraq

Y'all know I try to stay away from politics and news but I know everybody saw that Iraqi report throw both of his shoes at President Bush's head yesterday. President Bush demonstrated his excellent bob & weave technique as both shoes missed hitting him in the head by mere inches. If you didn't see it you have to YouTube it because although it was disrespectful, that was some funny ish. I was watching CNN most of the day yesterday and they just kept showing it after it happened. God forgive me I laughed harder and harder each time they showed it.

Carmelo Anthony Keeps Gettin' Better!

Expect more from the Melo Man as he grows and matures. He is a phenomenal player that hasn't even reached his full potential.


Melo ended up tying a 30-year-old NBA record after scoring 33 points in the third quarter in a win over the Timberwolves, 116-105 on Wednesday night. He finished with an overall score of 45 for the night, he just keeps gettin' better.






I know this is a late post but I forgot to post this yesterday, that game was so exciting because Denver was down at the half and Anthony exploded in the third quarter. Now that's a good look!

I give it an A for effort but if you look at the photo closely I think it's just a little too airbrushed. She looks good though!

According to a spokesperson for J Records Jennifer Hudson will begin filming a music video in L.A. next week for her latest single, "If It Isn't Love."

Good for her, I can't imagine having to go on after what she has been through, my heart goes out to her and I will keep her in my prayers.

This song shows that Bow Wow definitely laughs off the hate and he is not scared to poke fun at himself. Yes people are already hatin' on the song and I think it was just posted last week, I don't think it will be on his new album but I like the song it's cute and it proves once again that everything hip hop doesn't have to be hard core, you can have people who do the fun records and people who do the other.
